Holiday Shipping Schedule


Processing times may take a couple of extra days due to the volume of orders coming in during the holidays. Orders placed after a deadline could still arrive in time for Christmas, if ordered the day after a deadline, but there are no guarantees.  We are not responsible for shipments that are delayed due to weather.  Make sure your billing address & zip code are current with your credit card co., so your order can begin processing immediately.  For more information regarding shipping, see SHIPPING INFORMATION.

Wednesday, DECEMBER 11, 2019 (by 9P MST. - Sorry, no exceptions) - Hawaii & Alaska only. 

Sunday, DECEMBER 15, 2019 (by 9P MST. - Sorry, no exceptions) - Orders going to the east/atlantic coast (eastern standard time) and the mid-west & mid-south (central standard time)

Monday, DECEMBER 16, 2019 (by 9P MST - Sorry, no exceptions) - Orders going to the mountain areas west coast (mountain and pacific standard time)

** Please Note - Due to the busy Holiday Season, it does take approximately up  to three  (3) full business days to process Ground shipments before they are shipped.





Missed a Product Deadline? If you would like your gift recipient to have something to open for a special event (eg. Christmas), we suggest printing the photo from our website of the item(s) you are purchasing.  Then enclose the picture in a card or gift wrap the picture in a box and inform your gift recipient that their gift that was selected especially for them will be delivered after Christmas.  In fact, give us their address and we'll ship it directly to them with your enclosed message.


Packages that are delayed due to weather conditions: Our employees will do everything they can to make sure your shipment gets out in time.  Shipping companies that we use (FedEX, UPS or USPS)  deliver the packages as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you, but as you know, we nor the shipping companies we use have control over acts of nature.  Therefore, there is no money back for shipping cost paid by the customer when severe weather conditions or other acts of nature cause a delay in your package.  If you received FREE SHIPPING and your package arrived late due to severe weather conditions or other acts of nature, and you want to return the package back to us, you are still responsible for all shipping costs to you (inc. shipping cost we incurred to get the package to you) and shipping cost back to us as outlined in our Shipping Information section.  We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you.


Business addresses:  If you are shipping to a business address, make sure that the business is open so you can receive your order.  Shipping refunds will not be given and packages will not be redirected, if a business is closed.
