Tuesday, DECEMBER 20, 2016 (by 9P CST - Sorry, no exceptions) - Since we are located in Austin, TX, orders going to Austin, San Antonio, Houston & Ft Worth/Dallas Texas areas and all counties in east Texas (that's basically east of the 4 major cities just listed) have this is their last day for ground shipping. * If you are placing your order today and you are shipping to a business address, make sure that the business is open on 12/19/16 through 12/23/16 to receive your order.  Shipping refunds will not be given and packages will not be redirected, if a business is closed. - THIS DEADLINE PASSED ALREADY

* IMPORTANT - FEDEX has notified us that 2 Day could mean 3 Day due to the the volume of shipments this week. Therefore, there are no refunds, if your order arrives in 3 days instead of 2 days and there are no refunds for weather delays.

** Please Note - Due to the busy Holiday Season, it may take approximately One (1) full business day to process 2 Day orders before they are shipped.  If you are shipping to a business address, make sure that the business is open on 12/19/16 through 12/23/16 to receive your order.  Shipping refunds will not be given and packages will not be redirected, if a business is closed.

Tuesday, DECEMBER 20, 2016 (by 12N CST - Sorry no exceptions) - All orders placed and approved on this day will leave by Wednesday, December 21, 2016 with a shipment arrival on or before Friday, December 23, 2016 - THIS DEADLINE PASSED ALREADY

* IMPORTANT - FEDEX has notified us that Overnight could mean 2 Day due to the volume of shipments this week. Therefore, there are no refunds, if your order arrives in 2 days instead of Overnight and there are no refunds for weather delays.

** Please Note - Due to the busy Holiday Season, it may take approximately One (1) full business day to process Overnight orders before they are shipped.  If you are shipping to a business address, make sure that the business is open on 12/19/16 through 12/23/16 to receive your order.  Shipping refunds will not be given and packages will not be redirected, if a business is closed.

 

Missed a Product Deadline? If you would like your gift recipient to have something to open for a special event (eg. Christmas), we suggest printing the photo from our website of the item(s) you are purchasing.  Then enclose the picture in a card or gift wrap the picture in a box and inform your gift recipient that their gift that was selected especially for them will be delivered after Christmas.  In fact, give us their address and we'll ship it directly to them with your enclosed message.

 

Packages that are delayed due to weather conditions: Our employees will do everything they can to make sure your shipment gets out in time.  Shipping companies that we use (FedEX, UPS or USPS)  deliver the packages as quickly as possible. We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you, but as you know, we nor the shipping companies we use have control over acts of nature.  Therefore, there is no money back for shipping cost paid by the customer when severe weather conditions or other acts of nature cause a delay in your package.  If you received FREE SHIPPING and your package arrived late due to severe weather conditions or other acts of nature, and you want to return the package back to us, you are still responsible for all shipping costs to you (inc. shipping cost we incurred to get the package to you) and shipping cost back to us as outlined in our Shipping Information section.  We regret any inconvenience that these severe weather events may cause you.
